These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Wolfen Consulting Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Riff Stash app, related share extension, exports, backups, and any related services we provide (together, the "App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This draft is intended to be understandable to ordinary users while preserving our legal rights.

1. Who May Use the App

You may use the App only if:

• Are permitted to do so and you can form a binding legal agreement.
• You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• You are not barred from using the App under applicable law.

If you use the App on behalf of a company, band, school, or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal lawful use.

This is a license, not a sale. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, we keep all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all software, design, branding, text, graphics, workflows, and other intellectual property.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App except as allowed by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly allows it.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or make the App available to third parties on a hosted or service-bureau basis.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, technical limits, account controls, or usage restrictions.
• Use the App in a way that could harm the App, our systems, or other users.
